Whitelisting Email Communication with IQ Total Source

Overview:

IQ uses a ticketing system called Zendesk. It is a powerful platform that ensures all communication is handled effectively and in a timely manner. Since this is a unique email client (not Outlook, Gmail, etc.) some email servers may block our communication. Please reference this article to work with your IT department to whitelist our communication

Procedure:

  1. Find the best point of contact in your IT / technical department
  2. Request that they whitelist a domain for email traffic both in your firewall and email filtering 
  3. Provide the following domains to whitelist:
    1. iqtotalsource.com
    2. iqtotalsource.zendesk.com
  4. To test that the procedure worked correctly you can reach out to our Customer Success department and request a test email to make sure communication is not hindered
