Overview:
IQ uses a ticketing system called Zendesk. It is a powerful platform that ensures all communication is handled effectively and in a timely manner. Since this is a unique email client (not Outlook, Gmail, etc.) some email servers may block our communication. Please reference this article to work with your IT department to whitelist our communication
Procedure:
- Find the best point of contact in your IT / technical department
- Request that they whitelist a domain for email traffic both in your firewall and email filtering
- Provide the following domains to whitelist:
- iqtotalsource.com
- iqtotalsource.zendesk.com
- To test that the procedure worked correctly you can reach out to our Customer Success department and request a test email to make sure communication is not hindered
