Submit a Cost Analysis Request

Purpose:

It's important to know the status of your cost analysis when communicating with a customer on expected deadlines. Using our project management software makes sure you are up to date with the most recent status of your request. This process will outline how to submit a request into WorkZone and how to follow the status of your request.

Process:

Submitting a Request:

  1. Make sure you have completed a Cost Analysis Data Request before continuing
  2. Follow the following link corresponding to your franchise location:
    1. Columbus
    2. Kansas City
    3. Tampa
    4. Orange County
    5. IQ Total Source (Sales Team)
  3. Fill out all required information
    1. Title the project "Customer Name Cost Analysis"
    2. Make sure to put a requested completion date inside of the Parameters and Time Line Expectations from the Cost Analysis Data Request
    3. Notate whether a data prep has been completed
      1. Note that if this step is not complete, there will be additional time to complete your request or your request may be denied if the proper information was not provided
    4. Select a target end date
      1. When requesting your cost analysis completion date in WorkZone, the date you selected is the date the cost analysis will be ready, complete and available for debrief.
      2. The analysis will be completed by close of business the day prior to the selected target date. For example, if your target date is a Wednesday, your analysis will be complete by close of business (AZ) on Tuesday.
  4. Either upload your data and/or invoices into the request form or notate that the items have been added to the customer's folder
  5. You will be notified when the project has been accepted and a project has been created
